We describe here how we collect and use your personal information when you use our mobile application.
Information We Collect
When you use the ClearCom mobile application, we store, only for the duration of your session, a unique token to send push notifications to your device.
When the application abruptly stops due to an error in the software, commonly referred to as a “crash”, a “crash report” may be automatically generated within the software and sent to our development team to resolve the underlying issue. This crash report may contain your device model, device manufacturer, device token, IP address, and any screen data leading to the crash, such as which screen in the application you were currently accessing, and any input that may have caused the crash.
How We Use the Information
Your information is used to associate your device to a Google Cloud Messaging token that allows for you to receive push messages directly to your device.
How We Share Your Information
We do not share your personal information.
How We Protect Your Information
Your information is securely stored on resident servers at the institution providing the service
How Long We Keep Your Information
Your information resides in our system for at least as long as you maintain membership with the provider organization.
Your use of our system may be subject to state and federal regulations which dictate longer records retention relating to the provision of medical care.
